Updates on Projects

It has been great (if not strange) to be back at school for the first full week in awhile! We are making incredible progress on each of our projects - check out the pictures below!

After spending a few class periods making/designing paper, Kindergarteners were ready to start on their collages about a special place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1st graders continued working on their mixed-media assemblages, and a few classes wrote written reflections in their sketchbooks about the process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Many 2nd graders were ready to take their autobiographical comics from sketches to final drawings, and 3rd graders began a project involving silhouettes and watercolor for the art program's Square 1 art fundraiser.
